Fun to Fine Dining:
Belle offers Most Options on the River!

Patrick Scoggin, Banquet Chef- grilling t-bones in the Boiler Room

Guests who stay at Colorado Belle Hotel Casino & Microbrewery enjoy the widest variety of dining options in Laughlin, from a fine steak and seafood restaurant set in a French Quarter atmosphere to gourmet pizza, burgers and steaks in Laughlin’s award-winning microbrewery! All restaurants are wheelchair accessible, and all major credit cards accepted.

Named “Best Microbrewery” in an annual survey, the Boiler Room Brew Pub is a great sports bar with an award-winning menu. The restaurant’s décor is reminiscent of a ship’s boiler room. Four very different beers--Pale Ale, Golden Ale, Amber Ale and Stout--are regular menu items brewed on property. A fifth beer, the “Brewmaster’s Choice”, features a different beer every six weeks. New to the Boiler Room is the 60-oz. beer growler, complete with cap and Boiler Room logo. Microbrews-to-go in growlers are $12.95. Refills are $5.

In the Boiler Room restaurant, select from a variety of tantalizing entrées, including gourmet pizzas baked in wood-fired ovens, mesquite grilled steaks, gourmet burgers, baby back ribs and more! The restaurant’s “Sweet Sixteen” special--a tender 16-oz. t-bone steak grilled to perfection and a 16-oz. handcrafted beer, plus a salad and choice of potato--is just $11.95. The bar opens at 11 a.m. daily; restaurant opens at noon with a limited menu on Saturday and Sunday during football season, and at 4 p.m. with the full menu every day. Most entrées in the Boiler Room are under $10.

Voted best barbecue, Mark Twain’s Chicken, Ribs & Steaks is Colorado Belle’s award-winning steakhouse. The restaurant offers a variety of seating, from river views to intimate “fireside”. Décor is brick and late 1800s sign art and artifacts. Among Mark Twain’s specialties are incredibly tender slow-smoked baby back pork ribs (full rack dinner just $17.95) and top quality steaks, carefully seasoned and prepared for the grill. Unique to Mark Twain’s is the Barbecue Shrimp dish, featuring four jumbo shrimp stuffed with fresh sweet horseradish, wrapped in smokehouse bacon, lightly seasoned with barbecue sauce, grilled over a hardwood broiler and glazed with barbecue sauce. Mark Twain’s opens at 4 p.m. Friday through Tuesday (closed Wednesday-Thursday). Most entrées in the Mark Twain’s are under $20.
