Participants are encouraged to build creative floats for this wet and wild extravaganza. This river regatta welcomes participants to ride on inner tubes and decorative, non-motorized parade-type floats down the Colorado River. Another regatta festivity is the kayak and canoe race that launches from Davis Camp early in the morning...
Launching of the floats takes place from both sides of the river and culminates in a picnic and awards ceremony later that afternoon...
